What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAD Technician position at Qualified Staffing?
Qualified Staffing is currently in search of a CAD Technician for a West Point, MS manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for creating individual parts from scratch, files, or customer drawings. This position requires an individual to work in a fast paced environment utilizing a variety proprietary software such as Vacam, Solidworks, Omniwin, and Prime cut. A broad technical skill set with a strong expertise in reading, mechanical, and engineered drawings is required.
Requirements: 3-5 years in a manufacturing CAD drafting environment, strong mathematical skills, knowledge/experience of a variety of software. Experience working in the steel industry a plus!
