Schedule :
2nd and 3rd shift
Overtime will be offered based on needs
Pay Rate :
27 per hour
Responsibilities :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, which include both routine maintenance and urgent repairs
This role is essential in maintaining the operational integrity of our production processes and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on facility equipment, troubleshoot and repair issues on various systems, and ensure that all maintenance work adheres to safety standards
Responsible for accurately documenting maintenance activities, responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests, and collaborating with other maintenance staff and facility managers to coordinate maintenance projects
Requires a proactive approach to identifying potential safety hazards and addressing them effectively
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on facility equipment
Troubleshoot and repair issues on systems and equipment
Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with safety regulations and standards
Accurately document records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, including unplanned maintenance breakdowns and repairs
Work closely with other maintenance staff, contractors, and facility managers to coordinate maintenance activities and projects
Qualifications :
Candidates should have a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, along with at least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, and candidates must possess a minimum of two industrial maintenance-related skills or coursework approved by the company
Two or more years of maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial / manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and intermediate computer skills are essential for success in this role
