Your Impact:

As a valued team member, you'll help create quality products while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Set up and operate a variety of assembly equipment, including small hydraulic presses, staking machines, drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.
• Rotate between work cells as directed by your Supervisor or Cell Leader, ensuring smooth production flow.
• Pack finished products carefully to ensure they’re ready for shipment.
• Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe at all times.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team.
• Follow established quality standards to ensure every product meets expectations.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone who can bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• Proficient English reading and writing skills, including the ability to understand MSDS sheets and work instructions. A High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical skills.
• Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools, as well as measuring devices.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves the following physical activities:

• Regularly lifting up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Bending at the waist and working in a standing position for extended periods.
• Moving around on foot to complete various tasks.

Hours:

• A Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• B Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
