Your Impact
As a valued team member, you'll help create quality products while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Set up and operate a variety of assembly equipment, including small hydraulic presses, staking machines, drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.
- Rotate between work cells as directed by your Supervisor or Cell Leader, ensuring smooth production flow.
- Pack finished products carefully to ensure they’re ready for shipment.
- Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team.
- Follow established quality standards to ensure every product meets expectations.
We’re looking for someone who can bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Proficient English reading and writing skills, including the ability to understand MSDS sheets and work instructions. A High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in an assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
- Strong manual dexterity and mechanical skills.
- Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools, as well as measuring devices.
This role involves the following physical activities:
- Regularly lifting up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Bending at the waist and working in a standing position for extended periods.
- Moving around on foot to complete various tasks.
- A Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- B Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
