Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect and seek out new clients through networking, cold calling, social media, events, and referrals.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct on-site tours of the venue, explaining event space options, services, and packages.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure high conversion rates and repeat business.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring a smooth and successful booking process.
- Event Coordination Collaboration: Work closely with the event coordination team to ensure seamless handoff of details once a booking is confirmed.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the venue’s growth.
- Market Research: Stay informed about local event trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to offer the best value to clients.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and sales pipeline via CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in event or venue sales, hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- A passion for events, customer service, and creating memorable experiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software or willingness to learn.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation:
- 30% commission on all confirmed bookings.
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Pay: $61,621.00 - $72,637.00 per year
