Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the operations of our facility. Great opportunity for someone looking to enter the world of weddings and events. The Venue Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations including sales, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of guest services while fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Answer inquiries of potential clients.
- Give tours of venue to potential clients. following up as needed to ensure sale.
- Following booked couples through their planning process with the venue.
- Act as venue liaison during events on an as-needed basis.
- Coordinate events and activities within the venue, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
Requirements
- Must have an independent & capable work ethic (needs little direction once familiar with duties).
- Must be a team player and willing to jump in to help where needed.
- Willingness to perform special projects & tasks assigned on Day of Events that may require guest interaction and some lifting of objects.
- Experience in guest services with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
