About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with families and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client. Your ultimate goal will be to help clients achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and LABA Certification
- Experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supervising behavior technicians and other team members
- Experience working in home and community settings
- Experience working with diverse populations
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas of need
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct ABA services to clients in home, community, and school settings
- Training and supervising behavior technicians and other team members
- Collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Conduct intakes and assessments for new and ongoing clients
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Ability to empathize with patients and their family members
- Ability to remain professional in high-stress situations
- Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel
