Join our dynamic team as a Behavior Technician® (BT®) and begin a rewarding journey dedicated to transforming lives. In this role, you will provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in their homes. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data to track progress toward treatment goals. You will work closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to ensure that treatment plans are being implemented and that progress is being made towards treatment goals. This is a full-time or part-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in their homes
- Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on progress towards treatment goals
- Work closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to ensure that treatment plans are being implemented with fidelity and that progress is being made towards treatment goals
- Communicate with families and caregivers to provide updates on progress and to ensure that treatment plans are being followed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress towards treatment goals
Qualifications for a Behavior Technician:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Behavior Technician and Trainee roles are available to start immediately, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.
