Overview
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Truck/Diesel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive vehicle maintenance and repair, particularly with diesel engines and larger work trucks. The Diesel Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining equipment to meet operational standards.
Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on automotive diesel engines and related systems.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Execute brake repairs and hydraulic system maintenance.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery safely while performing repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
Skills
- Proficiency in heavy equipment operation.
- Experience with automotive repair and maintenance.
- Certifications through Ford Motor Company a plus
- Familiarity with brake repair processes.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
