What are the responsibilities and job description for the 3-tier Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - ABA Center Based position at Quality Behavior Solutions?
Our BCBA’s enjoy an environment designed to minimize time spent on non-ABA tasks through our online data collection, report writing system, and a full scheduling department. Our direct line teams are Behavior Technicians, providing the highest level of expertise for our BCBA’s and clients. BCBA's work life balance is essential in our mission plan and is maintained by our onsite workdays (limited to no driving) and by maximizing support to our BCBAs through our apprentice's. (Our apprentice program is derived of current BTs pursuing their BCBA.)
QBS is dedicated to using ABA in the way we operate and manage; we offer performance pay opportunities through our monthly bonus plans and semi-annual review periods. We have numerous promotional opportunities for our BCBAs to grow in our field and within our agency. Our BCBA tier systems work in creating opportunities for future Clinical Director openings among other clinical growth opportunities.
Quality Behavior Solutions is 100% BCBA owned and operated. We are proud to maintain a retention rate significantly higher than the average in our field. At Quality Behavior Solutions, we care & subscribe to a culture of support, growth, and collaboration for all. We believe our success begins with our teams.
