Our Sales Administrator earns a starting salary of $45,000 a year (depending on experience) and works a Monday-Friday, plus QBW provides a flexible, hybrid work schedule for our employees. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE QBW SALES ADMINISTRATOR
As a Sales Administrator, you play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. You'll work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs), Underwriting team, and Sales leadership to streamline the builder application and onboarding process.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing new builder applications – tracking progress, gathering documents, and acting as the liaison with underwriting to monitor and update the status of builder applications.
- Assisting builders with onboarding, training, and adoption of QBW’s products and services.
- Ensuring a seamless transition from sales to customer success teams.
- Supporting the Client Success Manager by engaging existing builder members and helping them maximize their QBW benefits.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through virtual demonstrations and training.
- Serving as the Salesforce administrator and power user for the sales team—handling reporting, user maintenance, and territory alignment.
- Managing sales and marketing tools (Geopointe, Lusha, Loom, etc.), ensuring proper licensing and acting as a product administrator.
- Supporting industry partnerships by assisting with Home Builder Association initiatives, trade shows, and events.
- Helping with sales team hiring and onboarding—coordinating job postings, applications, interviews, and workspace setup.
- Maintaining accurate data in company databases and Salesforce CRM.
Your keen eye for detail, strong follow-through, proven reliability, and ability to manage multiple priorities make you a key asset in keeping QBW’s sales operations running smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven ability to track and manage multiple ongoing tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent follow-through to ensure task completion.
- Ability to communicate professionally through written, verbal, and virtual channels.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and administrative tools.
