  • Assisting builders with onboarding, training, and adoption of QBW’s products and services.
  • Ensuring a seamless transition from sales to customer success teams.
  • Supporting the Client Success Manager by engaging existing builder members and helping them maximize their QBW benefits.

  • Serving as the Salesforce administrator and power user for the sales team—handling reporting, user maintenance, and territory alignment.
  • Managing sales and marketing tools (Geopointe, Lusha, Loom, etc.), ensuring proper licensing and acting as a product administrator.
  • Supporting industry partnerships by assisting with Home Builder Association initiatives, trade shows, and events.
  • Helping with sales team hiring and onboarding—coordinating job postings, applications, interviews, and workspace setup.
  • Maintaining accurate data in company databases and Salesforce CRM.

Your keen eye for detail, strong follow-through, proven reliability, and ability to manage multiple priorities make you a key asset in keeping QBW’s sales operations running smoothly.
