Primary Function
Quality Built is looking to add a Design Services Project Manager-CA to be responsible for managing the California Design Services Team. This position will oversee, but is not limited to, the energy modeling and confirmed file analysts responsible for the California market. This position will coordinate with Sales and Client Organization teams to provide accurate and on-time design service deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:
· Communicate and work with assigned team members within the design services teams, other internal teams, and external clients as well.
· Must plan and organize, integrates changes smoothly. Plans for additional resources.
· Must prioritize and plan work activities.
· Assisting team in achieving scheduled project scope and deadlines.
· Works closely with the Sales, Accounting, and Client Organizations in:
o Understanding Client and preferences and timeline for deliverables.
o Communicates Design Services Team requirements, processes, and procedures.
o Implements processes around client/builder standards and best practices.
o Coordinate with Accounting to bill for project deliverables.
· Will manage the assigned direct reports PTO request and responsible for disciplinary actions as necessary.
· Assist in Implementing operational procedures and policies.
· Encourages a positive work environment and culture for all team members.
· Motivates and inspires the team to perform at their best.
· Facilitates team member growth and development through mentoring and training.
· Conducts quality control review to ensure services meet company standards for accuracy and client satisfaction.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Must have 2 years of direct team management experience in related industry.
· Must demonstrate persistence and overcome obstacles; recognize and act on opportunities.
· Must exhibit strong communication, listening and comprehension skills.
· Expresses ideas and thoughts in written form professionally; expresses ideas and thoughts verbally. Keeps others adequately informed.
· Must be highly organized and efficient with multitasking and solve problems timely.
· Must be willing to invest time in training and seminars and classes.
· Must be able to work independently and within a team.
Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing and walking in an office setting. Lifting up to 30 pounds may be required. Assistance may be requested for lifting more than 35 pounds.
Standard Work Hours
Normal business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm). This position may require more than 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends. Some work will be performed via telecommunications from home. Travel may be required.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
