ADAS Service Specialist
We are seeking an ADAS Service Specialist to support our ADAS services through effective management of vehicle pickups, deliveries, and customer logistics. This role involves hands-on work coordinating customer vehicle transportation and handling various ADAS-related tasks that do not require certification. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and an interest in automotive safety technology.
This position is full-time and reports directly to the Senior ADAS Technician. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional adjustments as necessary, including overtime. The ADAS Fleet Coordinator is an essential link between our customers and our ADAS team, ensuring seamless service that reflects our dedication to precision and safety.
Responsibilities
- Customer Vehicle Transportation: Coordinate the safe and timely pickup and return of customer vehicles scheduled for ADAS calibration, maintaining clear communication with customers regarding timelines.
- ADAS Task Support: Assist ADAS technicians with tasks that contribute to the calibration process, including vehicle preparation, basic equipment handling, and record-keeping.
- Customer Service: Act as a secondary point of contact for customers, answering questions, and providing updates on vehicle status.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the ADAS technicians and operations team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
- Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage daily vehicle schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize customer wait times.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or logistics-related role, ideally within the automotive industry
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficient in basic vehicle handling technology
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
