A fast-paced, professional business is seeking a dedicated and organized Full-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment and enjoys providing excellent customer service, while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a welcoming and positive attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Perform light administrative duties (filing, data entry, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Suite)
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Bilingual is a Plus
