Essential Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in guests
- Data entry with time sensitive and confidential information
- Facilitating communication between management, agency staff, parents and public in a professional manner
- Filing and organization of paperwork
- Cross-training for flexibility within departments
- Knowledge and/or ability to master regulations of subsidized child development services
Required Qualifications/Experience: * Experience working in an administrative atmosphere or related background
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve individually
- Ability to meet both agency and state level deadlines
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient in mathematical analysis and error deduction
- Must have the ability and sensitivity to work with multi-ethnic community
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) desired, but not required
