Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our construction team and oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in quality control and project scheduling. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee project scheduling and manage timelines to meet deadlines.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction processes.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in construction techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours.
• Collaborate with project managers to communicate updates and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using construction management software.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
• Experience with quality control processes in construction projects.
• Knowledge of pipeline construction is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
