What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building lasting relationships based on trust, performance, and results.
- Supervise and mentor inspection personnel on multiple active construction sites.
- Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance, progress tracking, documentation, and change management.
- Provide strategic oversight and quality assurance on a portfolio of public infrastructure and capital improvement projects.
- Collaborate with municipal, county, and state agencies, and guide project execution from pre-construction through closeout.
What We’re Looking For:
- A licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction engineering and project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and client relationships simultaneously.
- Deep knowledge of public works construction practices, specifications, and contract administration.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
