What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Dental Laboratory Technician position at Quality Crowns Inc?
Looking for an experienced dental laboratory technician with years of experience. Ability to work over 40 hours a week if desired. Lots of potential for career growth.
Requirements:
-Ability to produce artistic, esthetic, and consistent, high-quality porcelain work for smile design cases.
-Start-to-finish proficiency in ceramics and the ability to produce custom shades with potential tight deadlines
-Advanced knowledge of laboratory procedures, techniques, and safety procedures.
-Well-balanced personality and professional attitude that coincides with dentists and other technicians.
-Knowledge of CAD/CAM design and milling.
-Full arch implant knowledge and understanding MUA and components.
-Implant manufacturer knowledge and understanding of different platforms and scan bodies.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
-Collaborate with dentists and other team members to address specific patient needs
-Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
-Strong understanding of dental anatomy and materials
-3shape™ design experience
-Abutment and tissue design capabilities for ideal restoration outcomes.
-Responsible for building, contouring, and glazing of high end anterior and posterior restorations including PFM, Emax, -Zirconia and implant restorations
-All removable restorations experience
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Dental Laboratory Technician
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
