Job Summary:
The Project Manager position is responsible for the full lifecycle of a project - onboarding through completion. The Project Manager will work with c-suite leaders at community banks and credit unions to deploy financial systems (ATM/ITMs).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the all-inclusive lifecycle of multiple projects
Provide strategy and expertise in the implementation and completion of projects while the clients business needs and objectives
Communicate and coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure
professional execution of project deliverables
Assist in the definition of each projects scope and objectives that involves all relevant
internal stakeholders
Ensure that all projects are delivered within the outlined project timeframe.
Work to implement best practices across the project operations department
Manage and maintain the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Review construction plans including hardware specifications to advise client and/or construction teams
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, resources, and project costs
Ensure resource availability for installations
Facilitate partnerships with regional rigging teams in deployment of systems and construction plans
Delegate project tasks to individuals based on strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
Develop sharable comprehensive project plans for clients as well as other staff members
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Work cross-functionally to solve problems
Communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
Continuously partner with members of the Professional Services team
Attend/participate in weekly or bi-weekly client calls and record notes
Become trained and certified in Smartsheet
Qualification/Competencies/Work Experience Requirements:
1 year of Project Management preferred
Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to focus on and drive deadlines while communicating changes along the way
Able to quickly adapt to changes, communicate those changes, and execute projects accordingly.

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) Required
- Experience with Project Management software (Smartsheets plus)
- Financial services experience is a plus
Work Conditions/Physical Requirements:
This position is both in office and remote and requires 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel - between 5-10%
