Key Responsibilities :

Skillfully troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems and equipment.

Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems.

Recommend and sell additional services such as indoor air quality solutions, duct cleaning, Aeroseal, and system upgrades to enhance overall system performance and customer satisfaction.

Perform prompt and efficient emergency repairs to maintain system functionality.

Strengthen customer relationships and showcase the company brand by understanding and exceeding their expectations at every interaction.

Collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated with industry advancements.

Qualifications :

At least five (5) years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician.

An EPA Universal certification is required.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred.

Strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the HVAC field.

Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service.

Comfortable working in confined spaces, with a focus on safety and quality in all tasks.
