What You'll Do:
- Plan & Schedule: Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to keep operations running smoothly.
- Coordinate Resources: Work closely with procurement and inventory teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Optimize Workflow: Monitor production, address bottlenecks, and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
- Track Performance: Report key production metrics like productivity, ontime delivery, and inventory status.
- Lead a Team: Train, supervise, and guide production control staff to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain safety standards and work closely with quality control to meet industry regulations.
- Drive Improvement: Analyze processes and suggest
enhancements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or
manufacturing operations (electrical control panel experience preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in a supervisory role.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software.
- Excellent problemsolving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fastpaced, changing production environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus!
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPIM or Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Experience in electrical control panel manufacturing.
- Background in continuous improvement initiatives.
