We are Quality Equipment, LLC., a John Deere dealer with 36 locations serving diverse customers in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both service department operations and parts department operations. A minimum of 3 years' experience is required.
This role will oversee the daily activities of the service and parts departments at our Hope Mills branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective processes for scheduling and prioritizing service work
- Implement corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction and employee performance
- Manage technicians and their workload to meet customer expectations
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Schedule efficient pickup and delivery of customer units
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in service department operations and parts department operations
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Familiarity with John Deere products preferred
- Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities
