Job Overview
Administrative Assistants perform administrative tasks for Quality Golf Carts. Duties include recording expenses, processing paperwork, answering calls/emails, and assisting customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Process all records of expenditures for the business.
- Process credit applications and invoices for customers purchasing Golf Carts and Accessories.
- Complete reports on inventory, expenses, sales, and repairs.
- Assist customers with purchasing Golf Carts and Accessories. Also responsible for scheduling of Repair Services and Golf Cart Deliveries.
- Answers phone calls and emails. Assists customers as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Experience working in an office or other business environment.
- Ability to work with computers and multi-line phone system.
- Customer service skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
