This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing support to various departments, and enhancing overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, be proficient in Google Suite, and have a knack for data entry and filing. Duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications via phone systems and email.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to important documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other staff members to improve office processes and workflows.
Experience
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is required.
- Familiarity with computerized filing systems and data management practices.
- Experience as a medical receptionist or clerk is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail are essential.
