Duties

- Provide assistance and support to customers via phone.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using computerized systems.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in office tasks as needed to support overall operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
