Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting.
Responsibilities:
-Monday to Friday 11pm-8am
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Requirements:
- At least 6 months previous Choice Advanatge experience
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
