We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
## Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
## Skills
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual, Multilingual)
- Experience in night audit or hospitality management is advantageous
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
