Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Quality Inn. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Do not apply if you do not have hotel experience, or if you cannot pass a drug test.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Skills
- Experience in hotel operations is required (1 year of experience in front desk required) . *Please do not apply with no hotel experience*
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Proficiency in time management, and ability to complete all assigned tasks within the shift duration (8 hours)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and hospitality industry standards are required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
