- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages to appropriate staff members.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements
