Hotel Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
• Develop and implement budgets to maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational goals.
• Oversee the night audit process to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with human resources on hotel staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
• Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and operational procedures in a hotel or resort setting.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, phone systems, and night audit procedures is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of hotel management.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
