Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
- Develop and implement budgets to maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational goals.
- Oversee the night audit process to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with human resources on hotel staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and operational procedures in a hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, phone systems, and night audit procedures is essential.
