Duties:
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering phone calls
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following established procedures
Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in using front desk software systems and phone systems
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately perform financial calculations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
