Quality Inn Downtown Detroit, MI is looking to add a Front Office Manager to our staff. We're seeking a positive, outgoing and highly self-motivated individual with the ability to offer an exceptional experience for the guests. Our property is 54 rooms, and newly renovated. Some responsibilites would include:
-overseeing the operations of the front desk and guest services at a hotel.
-monitor houskeeping.
-ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
-maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
-supervise front desk staff.
-manage guest reservations, handle complaints or special requests, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and ensuring the hotel is running efficiently.
-coordinate supply orders and inventories
-coordinate staff schedules
-cover call offs as needed
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a commitment to providing excellent guest experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,266.00 - $45,216.00 per year
