What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Clerk position at Quality Inn Downtown?
Provide excellence in customer service when assisting customers during arrival, stay and departure via in person or on the phone. Experience preferred but not necessary. Some cleaning in between. Overnight shift is responsible for running Night Audit and the preparation and presentation of breakfast. Position hours are 11pm - 7am
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and experience in front desk operations
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficient in guest services and handling multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of hospitality management and night audit procedures is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the front desk area
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $10.82 per hour
