Quality Inn Florence is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Laundry team member to join our Quality Inn family in Florence. This position is from 4pm to 10pm Monday- Friday. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a pleasant and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Manage laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in laundry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
