What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Quality Inn Midway?
The front desk person should have good customer service skills and experience. You will be the person answering the phone, making guest reservations, and checking guests in and out. The front desk person has the most interaction with every guest that comes through our doors representing our hotel. This requires a friendly attitude and an overall neat appearance. Basic computer skills are necessary. This position requires the employee to be able to work evening and weekend shifts.
