A Hotel Front Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests during their stay. Their job includes handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, assisting guests with inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services: Greet guests, answer inquiries, and provide information about the hotel and local area.
Check-In & Check-Out: Handle guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth transactions.
Reservations: Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications through the hotel's system.
Billing & Payments: Process payments, verify charges, and resolve billing issues.
Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
Security & Policies: Verify guest identities, maintain key control, and follow hotel policies.

✔ Basic computer skills and experience with hotel management systems
