✅ Reservations: Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications through the hotel's system.
✅ Billing & Payments: Process payments, verify charges, and resolve billing issues.
✅ Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
✅ Communication: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
✅ Security & Policies: Verify guest identities, maintain key control, and follow hotel policies.
