The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for guests at our establishment. This position involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, providing information about the hotel and its amenities, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
• Process reservations through phone systems and online platforms.
• Conduct night audit duties as required to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
• Uphold high standards of guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficient in phone systems and capable of managing multiple lines effectively.
• Experience with night audit processes is a plus.
• Strong background in hospitality or front desk operations preferred.
