Guest Check-In/Check-Out:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Register guests and assign rooms according to preferences.
- Process check-out procedures efficiently and handle billing.
- Reservations:
- Assist with making reservations via phone, email, or in-person requests.
- Guest Services:
- Answer questions regarding hotel amenities, policies, or local attractions.
- Address guest complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Provide concierge services (recommendations for dining, entertainment, etc.).
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Financial Transactions:
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely.
- Ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain and organize guest records and hotel documents.
- Prepare reports on occupancy, reservations, and guest feedback.
- Security & Safety:
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property. Skills & Qualifications:
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse guests.
