We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, taking reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor and be able to handle customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Answers and routes call as appropriate.
- Promptly and effectively deals with guests request and complaints.
- Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area.
- Manage reservations and bookings.
- Maintains accurate records including cash flows, registration cards, reservation cards and property walks.
- Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
- Ensure common area and lobby is clean.
- Provide information about the hotel, its services, and the local area.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Performs laundry functions as directed.
- Open availability to work Weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
