What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Guest Service Agent position at Quality Inn & Suites?
Quality Inn Carrier Circle is looking for guest service representatives to join our team. Some overnight shifts available. Duties include, but are not limited to, operating multiple phone lines, anticipating guest's needs, and fulfilling requests of guests at check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay, opening and operating continental breakfast, communicating with housekeeping on the status of the hotel, and giving exceptional service to every guest at every encounter.
Must have excellent people skills and outgoing personality. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Must have computer knowledge. Experience preferred, but not necessary.
