Job Overview:
The Operations Manager / Program Liaison will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating program operations while serving as a liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients. This position requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to provide executive-level briefings. The Operations Manager / Program Liaison will ensure program goals are met, resources are effectively allocated, and key milestones are achieved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Coordination: Oversee daily operations of assigned programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining strong, positive relationships.
- Reporting & Monitoring: Track program performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and support to teams to ensure program success, conducting executive-level briefings and training.
- Training & Certification: Obtain Level 1 Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) certification within 3 months of employment and Level 2 MRT certification within 6 months of completing Level 1 certification.
- Education: Master’s Degree in a Social Science or related field, or a Bachelor’s Degree with five years of national-level practical experience in a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven experience in program management, leadership, and executive-level briefing to various audiences.
- Certification: Ability to obtain Level 1 Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) certification within 3 months of employment and Level 2 MRT certification within 6 months of completing Level 1.
