Customer Experience Director

Quality Life Services is seeking a Customer Experience Director who is ready for a challenge and wants to make a difference in the lives of older adults. As a Customer Experience Director you'll be part of a collaborative team whose energy, communication and dedication are valued and rewarded. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of long-term care and personal care, has good communication skills and enjoys working with people. This role is vital to creating a welcoming experience for all residents of the nursing home. This position is held by an essential employee and is vital to maintaining the quality of care given to our residents and patients during the coronavirus / COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.

• Minimum of one year’s experience in health care
• Working knowledge or willingness to learn Long Term Care, Personal Care, and Independent living nursing and financial requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work Preferred
