Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage an inside sales team with a focus on revenue growth, retention and yield
Management.
Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales Mgmt to develop, store and update training materials.Implement an ongoing plan to provide collective and one to one training to sales team members. Implement best practices to test and measure results consistently.Share best sales operations best practices with the Sales, Marketing and RevOps management teams.Ability to travel to conduct business with clients and terminals is requiredAbility to coach and train sales representatives on new techniques, services and applicationsAbility to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assignedQualifications
Fluent English language skills required to communicate effectively with internal and external customersMust possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsMust be experience in Microsoft Office programsPrevious industry sales management experience is requiredMust possess problem solving and analytical ability skillsValid Drivers License and a clean driving record requiredProven ability to constructively communicate and motivateAbility to develop revenue growth and profit enhancement strategiesWorking Conditions / Physical Requirements
Heavy travel is requiredWeekend and evening entertainment required
