What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Quality Life Services, LLC?
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas such as drywall, flooring, plumbing, light electrical, and carpentry etc.
- Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields including construction is required. Proficient with hand held tools & equipment
- Deadline & detail oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
Requirements:
- Drivers license & reliable transportation
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to work with a range of different people.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
