Quality Life Services - Mercer is looking to add a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to our team. As a Nursing Home Administrator you will be responsible for driving quality resident care, staffing, and business excellence.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring quality and compassionate care of the residents
- Review financial statements and monitor budgets and financial goals
- Making financial and budgetary adjustments where necessary
- Overseeing and managing facility leadership and staff, delegating responsibility and tasks as necessary
- Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing facility
- Monitor staffing needs and ensuring state requirements are met
- Promoting a positive work environment and motivating staff to provide and exceptional experience for residents
- Enforcing company and state policies and procedures and handling disciplinary action as necessary
- Developing community reputation and relationship for staffing and census purposes
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding the healthcare industry
- Leadership experience in a healthcare environment
