What are the responsibilities and job description for the STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) position at Quality Life Services?
Quality Life Services is a growing home health agency based out of Fairfield, Ohio. We are currently looking for a passionate Home Health Aide for Hamilton County. As a Home Health Aide you are responsible for providing personal care and light house keeping to your patients. Assist in individualized plan of care from admission to discharge with assistance from RN, PT/OT/ST, and MSW as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Understands and adheres to established Agency policies and procedures.
· Performs personal care, bath and hands-on care as assigned.
· Completes appropriate visit records in timely manner as per Agency policy.
· Reports changes in the patient's condition and needs to the RN.
· Performs household services essential to health care in the home as assigned
· Attends in-services, care conferences, and continuing education programs as scheduled and necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
· Active STNA license through nurse aide registry
· Home Care experience is preferred, but not required
· CPR
· Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
