Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO, for an Intumescent Coating Estimator. The Intumescent Coating Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for intumescent coating projects. This includes analyzing project specifications, collaborating with the sales and project management teams, and ensuring all estimates meet company standards and client requirements. Daily tasks will involve reviewing project documentation, conducting job walks and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and material costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Knowledge and understanding of intumescent coatings and applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with estimating software and tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience in the construction or coatings industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
