Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in conference calls with customers to address customer service issues and concerns.
- Monitor inbound shipments to ensure 100% order fulfillment and accuracy.
- Collaborate daily with the Logistics division to ensure available equipment and on-time delivery.
- Identify and resolve overages, shortages, and damages, and enter returns into Salesforce for accurate tracking.
- Perform office services, including submitting miscellaneous billing and ordering office/warehouse supplies.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional customer service and support our team's efforts in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- BASIC computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
