We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Assistant. The Inside Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by handling quoting, creating Purchase Orders (POs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Quoting and Pricing : Prepare accurate and timely price quotations based on customer inquiries and specifications.
- Purchase Orders (POs) : Process POs from customers and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Bills of Materials (BOMs) : Create BOMs based on customer requirements and technical specifications.
- Customer Support : Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing : Assist in processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed and organized records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions.
- Technical Knowledge : Utilize knowledge of industrial products to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team, engineering, and other departments to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
