Job Title : Level II UT Certified Quality Control Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Level II Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Technician . The ideal candidate will perform nondestructive testing (NDT) using ultrasonic methods to evaluate the integrity of materials, components, and structures. This position requires a strong commitment to precision, safety, and quality standards in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct Ultrasonic Testing (UT) on various materials and components to identify defects, discontinuities, or anomalies.
- Develop and set up UT inspection techniques and calibrate equipment for accurate testing.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, API, or AWS codes and customer specifications.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, maintain accurate records, and communicate findings to the Quality Control Manager.
